We hear this a lot. And there are a few things that come into play that must be addressed to fix this.
- Are you connected to the Internet? I know, silly thing to think about, but you would be very surprised how many people assume they are connected.
- If you aren’t connected, use the NMU wireless and not WiMax (addressed here). Or plug into an ethernet cable–if you are sending a large file (pdf or image), the cable is the preferred method.
- Your printer queue is probably full of print jobs not going anywhere–these must be deleted.
- Send your print job once again.
